The fudgiest brownies topped with frosting and M&Ms are sure to satisfy any chocolate craving.
Usually I am a boxed brownie person all the way. Boxed brownies never fail! But these brownies are SO easy, it is like making them from a box! Except they are WAY better!
These brownies only have five ingredients and there is no blender needed! You can mix everything together in one bowl with just a spoon. They are so dense and fudgy too!
M&M Brownies

Serves: 9 brownies
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8x8 pan with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the butter and cocoa. Stir in the flour and sugar until just combined. Add the eggs and vanilla and stir until just combined. Batter will be thick. Spread in the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, melt the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips. Spread over the brownies after they have cooled slightly. Top with M&Ms. Allow to for brownies to cool before cutting and serving. Brownies will stay fresh in an air tight container for up to one week.
