A tasty egg bake filled with English muffins and cheese for a quick delicious breakfast.
Egg bakes are the best. We have them for dinner all the time (especially during lent, no meat on Fridays!)
When I made my first English muffin bake I didn’t think the flavor of the English muffin would come through with the eggs and cheese but I was so wrong! The English muffins make this egg bake so flavorful and delicious!
This recipe has only 6 simple ingredients that I’m sure you have in your pantry right now. It only takes minutes to throw together and has out-of-this-world flavor!
